If for any reason you are not pleased with any of the items you have purchased from Floral Home Decor, you may return for a full refund or exchange less shipping. If the original packaging is in too poor of shape, an equilvalent packing box should be used. Please secure and protect the item in the box.
If your package was damaged in trasit, please contact the carrier or refuse the delivery.
Please email or call our office before returning your package. You must obtain an RMA # and return you item(s) within 30 days of receipt of your order.
